The Tiger Cleanup tool is a utility that is helpful for removing files and registry keys that are left behind after uninstalling a ViewPlus embosser driver or other ViewPlus software. It is sometimes necessary to remove these items before the driver can be successfully reinstalled.

If you are having trouble getting the driver software installed or if after installing the driver, the embosser is not detected, try the procedure below.

• You should disconnect the embosser and uninstall the driver software first.
• Restart the PC when prompted.
• Run Tiger Cleanup and select the embosser driver files for the embosser driver software you just uninstalled.
• Restart the PC again when prompted.
• Reinstall the driver software again, and restart a third time.
