I am running all of my scanner software, including Sentinel for x36HPs, ARC-536, ARC-XT PRO for my 396XT/996XT, SDRSharp, etc. I have a couple of Windows 7 machines and have no problems with any of the software. Am thinking of getting a new machine for office and looking at Dells with Windows 8.1. Kind of want to get used to the new Windows OS, but am I asking for trouble with scanner/radio software? If anyone has any thoughts/experience with this, I would appreciate a response.
